Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Prices include VAT and credits never expire.

Failed exports

If an export fails in your browser, the free use or credit it used is returned to your account automatically.

Unused credits

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used. Contact us with the email address on your account.

Used credits

Because credits are a digital service delivered immediately, used credits can't be refunded.
