Terms of Use
Who you're dealing with
WaffleFrame is operated by Fundamental Branding, based in Belgium. By using WaffleFrame you enter into an agreement with Fundamental Branding.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use WaffleFrame, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be of legal age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The service
WaffleFrame offers in-browser tools for editing and converting video, audio and image files. Processing happens on your device; results and speed depend on your browser and hardware.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with its security (such as malware, probing, scraping, or getting around usage limits). Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process and the results you create. Only process content you own or have the rights to use, and follow the rules of the platforms you publish to. Rights holders can report infringing use to us; we may suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
Our intellectual property
Fundamental Branding owns the service and all related intellectual property, including the software, design, mascot artwork and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
Free exports and credits
Logged-in users get 5 free exports per day, reset at midnight Brussels time. Unused free exports don't carry over. 1 credit = 1 exported file. Free exports are always used first. Paid credits never expire and can't be exchanged for cash. If an export fails, the credit is returned automatically. Keep your original files.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
No guarantee
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow such limits (for example fraud or personal injury).
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can delete your account at any time.
Changes and law
These terms may change over time; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes go to the competent courts of Belgium, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
